Evil Pawn Jewelry does not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges for a different piece of jewelry or store credit will be accepted on ready to ship items only and the exchange must be made within 20 days of the purchase date. Items “made when ordered” are final sale items. Final sale items cannot be exchanged for store credit and they may not be returned for a refund. Items paid for by layaway are not eligible for exchange or refund; for further details please read the layaway policy. On acceptable exchanges for ready to ship items, customers will be required to pay the shipping costs and the difference in amount if exchanging for an item or items of greater value. A restock fee may apply. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges and returns for store credit. Evil Pawn Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service.
Ready to ship items may take 7 to 14 business days to be processed & completed. Times may vary according to workload and the item/items ordered. Some items have special time frames and will state how long they will take in the description. When your order is packaged you will receive an email indicating the order is complete. A second email will be sent from PayPal with tracking info when your item is ready to be shipped. For info on shipping or questions regarding the shipping time please refer your email to CustomerService@EvilPawnJewelry.com. Remember, when you get a tracking number it may take up to 24 hours for the scan to be trackable. We appreciate your patience and if you have any questions feel free to email us.
CUSTOM FEES/IMPORT TAX FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Some countries may charge a tariff or duty. This is a tax levied by governments on the value including freight and insurance of imported products. Evil Pawn Jewelry is NOT responsible for this tax. It is an import tax collected by your country’s government. Please do not ask us to falsify the declared value of your package because it is illegal and we will not commit a crime to ship a package.
LOST OR STOLEN MAIL
Evil Pawn Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We do not refund, reimburse or replace a mailed item that can be tracked as delivered or has not delivered. If you would like additional insurance to safe guard against this please contact CustomerService@EvilPawnJewelry.com. Customers will be responsible for the cost of any additional insurance.
Layaway purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. If you abandon your layaway there will not be a refund on the amount you paid. Layaway payments must be received in a timely manner every month. Paypal charges will apply to each layaway payment which can range from $1.00 to $10.00 depending on the payment amount. The last paypal fee is covered by EPJ. Coupon codes are not valid on layaway purchases. When you agree to start a layaway you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and they are binding.
SALE PROMO CODES
Promo codes are only redeemable through website generated orders. They are not available for layaways, customer service generated invoices, exchanges, unreleased items, etsy, or custom items. Promo codes are only available for use on the dates given for that specific code. Promo codes are never available for pre-existing orders or any order placed without the code. Beginning time and ending time for promo codes are always Central Standard Time. No exceptions.
