The Tiamat Earrings are a reissue of a 2008 set called the Nefertiti Earrings. This new version is hypoallergenic stainless steel and comes with an option of a hanger or lever back hook. The Lapis Lazuli stone is prong set and the steel fans move freely enabled by a hidden twist behind the hollow setting. This version is 4.5 inches long without including hanger or lever back.
