Soapstone Worry Rock

Steatite, better known as soapstone, is a great worry rock because it helps you cope with change around you. Promoting a calming influence and helping you to be at ease. Worry is negative goal setting and when in the midst of change if we start to worry this can actually put energy into the outcome of the change not resulting in your favor. Soapstone is soft and easy to give emotions to. When worrying, rub the stone, and concentrate on that feeling of anxiety in your stomach coming out and going into the stone. See it like a cloud. The soapstone will hold it forever. When and if you finally rub a hole through your stone, bury it. This is what we traditionally do with all things that have died.
